- They are perfect for panna cotta, custard as well as puddings and fruit jellies. They come in sets of four with a cookbook included. The moulds are made of three parts: body, small upper cap and big lower cap. Close the small cap, turn upside down and fill the mould to the line; close the big cap and put in the fridge (keeping upside down).
- Once ready, extract from the fridge, remove the big cap and lay the mould upright on a dish: once you remove the small cap, the custard will come out of the mould and lay on the dish without leaving any leftovers.
